There is no greater test to human endurance than moving. Just as there is no greater test to human patience than packing and cleaning.
I moved into a new apartment yesterday, one that will be acting as a sort of hub for my family as we embark on a literally international living dynamic. As such, my new apartment is a cadre of the newest technology and hundred-year-old antiques. Reconciling them is tricky.
In other news, it looks like my next book with Haven Publishing, Samifel, may be released this June. Talking with the peeps at Haven, we’re hoping to have a release party at Anime Mid-Atlantic. There are obviously a lot of details still to work out but as I try to get back on the horse with publishing, I am hoping to have some news soon. Maybe even a sneak peak or two. We’ll see.
I also want to throw out a big CONGRATS! to the crew of ReGeneration Who, the Dr Who-themed convention this past weekend. It looks like Oni Hartstein and her team of ninjas managed the impossible and then some. The stories I’m hearing about the con make it sound legendary. Congratulations to all of you!
Well, enough jibber-jabber. Back to unpacking.
